Today we are meeting with Hannah, Clinic Manager at Focus Clinics.
1. Can you tell us more about your role at Focus Clinics ?
I manage the day-to-day running of the clinic, making sure patients and staff are happy! I also make sure we maintain and promote excellent clinical standards to ensure we all deliver the best care possible
2. What part of your job do you like the most ?
I get great satisfaction from seeing our patients experience their new life with new eyes! Knowing that I had a part to play in making their experience smooth and easy, genuinely makes me happy. Not many people can go to work and say they help change peoples lives for the better. I’m also very lucky to say I work with some very supportive and wonderful people.
3. If you had to choose 3 words to describe your work environment, what will they be ?
Caring, warm and professional
4. Have you benefited from any eye surgery or have you introduced someone to that technology ?
I have been lucky enough not to need it myself, but both my Mother and my Husband have had it done. A large number of my friends have also had it done. There’s no greater testament to the surgery, than watching your loved ones go through the experience, and be so happy afterwards.
5. According to you, what makes Focus Clinics unique ?
In my 11 years of experience in the industry, I can genuinely say that there are a number of factors that make Focus unique. The main thing that makes us unique, is the people. The surgeons and the team are so warm and dynamic. They make sure each patient receives a personalised and caring experience, with no hard sell. I’m very proud to be a part of a clinic that puts it’s patients welfare first, ensuring patients aren’t put at any unnecessary risk
