Rui Pedro joined Focus as Clinic Manager in March 2016, with over 10 years of management experience in the refractive field. Rui Pedro oversees the day-to-day running of the clinics to ensure every single patient receives the 5 star service and experience at Focus. A large part of his duties involve auditing and maintaining the clinical standards at Focus clinic and compliance with the Care Quality Commission.

Irfan came to Focus after working in Optics for over 10 years.. He looks after our daily financial reporting and record keeping within the clinic. In fact there is no task in the clinic Irfan cannot turn his hand to. He has a vast knowledge of the industry and is highly organized and his high attention to detail is second to none.

Diagnostic Technician
Jag has been a Diagnostic Technician at Focus since February 2015. She has 5 years experience of using and interpreting sophisticated diagnostic equipment. You may get to meet Jag when you attend for any pre or post-operative appointment.
Kripen Patel
Senior Clinic Administrator
Kripen joined the Focus team in 2017 as a sales executive. He is now very involved in the day to day running of the clinic. He brings a high level of customer service and professionalism and is always happy to talk and guide you through your vision correction journey.
Minita Shah
Optometrist
Minita qualified as an Optometrist in 2005 and continued training in refractive surgery. She has since received specialist training in lens exchange, cataract surgery, implantable contact lenses as well as laser eye. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you on your journey.

Lesya joined us as a patient counsellor in 2017 and will be the friendly face you meet after your consultation. She is responsible for managing the entire patients’ journey and is always available to speak with over the phone. All our patients are in great hands thanks to her enthusiasm, meticulousness and warmth she brings to the role.
